We’re Matheus and Rebecca Demetri – though most people know us simply as Mat and Bec. We’re a husband-and-wife team, and we’ve been building House of Marbella together. But our journey started long before that.

We’ve spent what feels like a lifetime together, building both a life and a business we love side by side here in Marbella

We live in the Benahavís community with our two daughters – Elaria (3), who attends the local school, and Areya (1), who’s set to start nursery this term. Our roots here are strong, and so is our commitment to doing things the right way — with heart, honesty, and a personal touch.

Bec is the heart of client relations – warm, intuitive, and deeply dedicated. People instantly connect with her and feel at ease. Mat handles the logistics, legal side, marketing, numbers, and everything in between.

We began in rentals over 10 years ago and built our reputation slowly – through word of mouth, reliability, and a hands-on, personal approach. Four years ago, we expanded into sales, and while the business continues to grow, we’ve stayed true to our pace and principles. The foundations matter. So does the future – we’re building something our daughters can one day step into.

Every Sunday, we make time for a beach day as a family. It’s more than just a break from work – it’s a chance to slow down, be present with our girls, and enjoy the beauty of why we chose to build our lives here. No schedules – just sandcastles, sea breezes, and the joy of watching our daughters grow up in this magical place we’re lucky to call home.

It’s these simple moments that ground us. They remind us why we do what we do – not just to manage homes, but to help others experience this place the way we do. For us, it’s about trust, care, and creating a real sense of ease. This is our home, our community – and we treat every property as if it were our own.
