SustainTable returns to Marbella Club Hotel with four unique events throughout the year, bringing together exceptional culinary talent in a series of thoughtfully curated dining experiences. Each event features a four-hands menu created by Wellness Chef Andrés Ruiz alongside renowned Michelin-starred guest chefs, inspired by the seasonal harvests of Finca Ana María and the ever-changing rhythm of nature.

28 November – Lucía Freitas, A Tafona (Santiago de Compostela) – 1 Michelin Star, 3 Soles Repsol
All proceeds from SustainTable will support Fundación Arboretum, led by ecologist Alejandro Orioli, dedicated to ecological regeneration and environmental education.
